Free Shipping Offer:

All orders with a value of $50.00 or more shipped to addresses in the Continental United States are free. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO or any U.S. Territories will incur a fee that will be calculated at check out.

Shipping & Delivery:

All products are printed to order in the USA. So once you place an order it take from 3 – 5 business days to manufacture it. If your registered for an account you can follow the progress of your item in your online dashboard. All U.S. orders are shipped by the US Postal Service (Priority Mail). For international orders we use a variety of carriers based on your location – this is typically DHL Express or DHL e-Commerce which delivers via your local postal service.

Please know that regardless of delivery method, production times to make your item will be 3 to 5 business days. International customers may be subject to local GST/VAT, customs duties and import fees upon receipt and are the responsibility of the customer – we do not collect or remit any international taxes or fees.

Returns:

As each and every item is made to order – we do not take returns. However, anything that arrives with a defect or damage will be replaced.

Simply contact using the form (click here) or using the live chat feature of the website. Once we receive your message you can expect a response in 24hrs (or instantly on live chat). A replacement order will be placed into production and will follow the same delivery process as a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

We know the world isn’t perfect, but we try hard to make sure our products are.   Our products are as unique as you are and each is made to order especially for you… So if you receive an item that is damaged or defective contact us A.S.A.P. so we can get started on replacing it. As these are made to order, returns aren’t accepted so please ask questions before ordering – we’re here to help!   Please send a photo of the damage or defect when you contact us to speed up the process of correcting the issue. Ordering:

We offer  a quick and easy online ordering system for all of our products at onlyshowercurtains.com.   However, you may also purchase many of our items on third party marketplaces including Etsy, Handmade @ Amazon, Houzz, etc.   Not all products are offered on all websites except our own.   Customized products are generally only offered through onlyshowercurtains.com or Etsy.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions:

While you may find our products on other marketplace websites, they will often be priced lower at onlyshowercurtains.com.   If any of our products are found at a lower price on a third party marketplace, we would love to know about it.

Some retailers that offer our products may have limited time promotions for their stores.   We will generally price match any authorized third party seller price (amazon, etsy, houzz, etc)

Viewing Orders:

If you have registered as a customer, you will be able to view your order history and order status online at onlyshowercurtains.com.

Updating Account Information:

If you have registered as a customer, you will be able to adjust or update your information online at any time.  If you have placed an order that has an error in the shipping or billing information originally provided, please contact us immediately (within 24hrs!) so we may correct the order.

Errors and Reshipments:

Once an order has entered production a $10 fee can be assessed for corrections to the address or quantity. Once an item is shipped it cannot be recalled by the USPS and it must be returned to us and reshipped – a flat $10 shipping fee is assessed on reshipments in the continental U.S. and actual shipping cost for all other locations.
